What is MPdata+
MPdata+ is an application to get various information about your Member of the United Kingdom Parliament.
How to user
Enter you post code in the Enter Post Code box and either click on the Get Info box or hit the Return Key.
After a short while various information about your MP will appear and some buttons, which gives more information. These buttons are:
The grey buttons open up a new window with more information they are
Debates Window Showing upto the last 10 interactions of the MP in parliament and by clicking on the green button will open up a web browser to that place on the They Work For You web page.
Upcoming elections window Displays any upcoming elections for your area with the clicking on the More Info button will open up a browser to the election informtaion page on Who Can I Vote For? page where you will find a list of candidates for those election. The Download ICS file button opens up a web browser to download the ICS file for those elections, which then can be imported into a calender application so that it will remind you about the election.
MP on the web window List various web sites about that MP and clicking on that button will take you to that site. IF the MP on the web button is greyed out then there is nothing to see.
Petitions window list the 20 most signed petitions in the constituency the MP represents. By clicking on the petition title you will be taken to that petition's web page with the option to sign that petition if you want to.

Write to this MP allows you to contact your MP about any issue via the Write To Them site. If you want to know more on how this works visit their Q and A page.
Maiden Speech opens up a web browser their very first speech in Parliament once again on the They Work For You web site .
Voting Record opens up a web browser to the The Public Whip site where you can view how your MP voted on various issues.
Get email updates allows you to get a daily email everytime your MP take part in Parliamentary bussiness once again through the They Work For You web site .
Constituency Info takes you to the Wikipedia article for your constituency.
Contact other representives is similar to Write to this MP button aprat from it allows you to contact your other elected represemtives.
Report a street problem allows you to report a problem in your area to the correct local authority through the Fix My Street site.
Popular petitions in this constituency allows you to view the most popular petitions for this constituency to Parliament. On the Parliament petition site.
Early Day Motions by this MP allows you to view any Early Day Motions signed by your MP on the Parliament EDM site. Government ministers do no sign Early Day Motions as they are in a position to do something.
