Uzbekistan travel advice

This advice has been reviewed and reissued with an amendment to the Travel Summary (explosion in Khujand, Tajikistan), the Local Laws and Customs and Health sections– (carrying prescribed medication), the Entry Requirements section (travelling overland) and the General - Consular Assistance - replacing a lost or stolen passport section. The overall level of the advice has not changed; we advise against all but essential travel to specific regions of Uzbekistan.
